What happens when a new LinkedIn connection replies to my automated messages?

That connection is automatically removed from your messaging campaign and you are free to communicate with them.  They will not receive any pre-developed communication, eliminating any confusion on their end.

I want to connect with someone I already know. Can I exclude them from my automated messaging?

Yes, just fill out the support form and tell us their name.  Once they accept your connection request or you accept theirs, we will place them on a whitelist.

How do I change my prospect targeting or messaging.

Send us new guidelines for prospect targeting or what messaging changes are needed.  We’ll take care of the rest.  Once updated your success manager will confirm that everything has been completed.

I want to pause or cancel my "Done For You" LinkedIn marketing efforts. How do I do this?

To pause or cancel your service, all we need is 30 days notice from you.  Simply fill out the support form and tell us what you would like us to do.  Your success manager will contact you when this has been completed.  We do not pro-rate or refund monthly charges.
